Common questions on financial planning and investing

Ingcebo BMCA is a stokvel founded in 2021 by a group of black South Africans. We exist to create generational wealth through collective investments in high-value opportunities across multiple sectors.

To become a member, you need to:

  • Pay an annual membership fee of R1000

  • Commit to a monthly contribution of R1000

  • Make all payments via the Stokfella App

Your R1000 monthly contribution funds investments that are either proposed by members or the executive committee. These contributions are used to acquire assets across sectors like hospitality, agriculture, delivery services, and more.

Returns are paid out:

  • Annually or based on maturity dates of specific investments

  • Directly to each member via the Stokfella App

We focus on both short-term and long-term portfolios:

  • Short-term (1–12 months): Cattle farming, delivery bikes, perfume sales, share blocks

  • Long-term (5+ years): Resorts, hotels, and property assets

We’re expanding into:

  • Mining operations

  • Retail franchises

  • Coastal Airbnb properties
